★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible!!!!..... Un muy mal servicio. Para empezar los turnos ya los dan x medio de WhatsApp. Así que si no tienes saldo o no llevas celular estás frito... Toing!
Y horas para ser atendido en atención al cliente. Los mismos ejecutivos en la plática, una ejecutiva en el celular todo el tiempo (pero si estuvo muy puesta para ir a comer!) Osea piensas: en qué momento será mi turno????

Horrible !!!! ..... A very bad service. To start the shifts they are already given x through WhatsApp. So if you don't have a balance or you don't have a cell phone, you're fried ... Toing!
And hours to be attended in customer service. The same executives in the conversation, an executive on the cell phone all the time (but she was too up to go to eat!) I mean, do you think: at what time will it be my turn ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da miedo ir ahí, huele feo ,está en la zona de abastos ,siempre esta lleno y hay mucho chaca alrededor no recomiendo para movimientos grandes menos ir de noche
It's scary to go there, it smells bad, it's in the food market, it's always full and there's a lot of chaca around, I don't recommend going there for large movements, except going at night

They always take too long and have very little staff, better go to another branch or definitely another bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son seis cajas en el banco de las cuales regularmente sólo se encuentran trabajando dos, sobretodo en horas pico. Me parece nefasto tardar más de 2 hrs. pará ser atendido
There are six tellers in the bank, of which only two are regularly working, especially during peak hours. I find it disastrous to take more than 2 hours. to be attended
