★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo les pongo 4 estrellas por una de las cajeras cuyo nombre no recuerdo (malamente) y la chica que atiende al entrar. El servicio de ellas dos es excelente, con una sonrisa y dispuestas a ayudar. El resto de los empleados se limitan a terminar su turno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio mediocre. Si no tienes celular por x o y no te atienden, aun y cuando tengan la maquina para sacar turno físico. La recepcionista y la guardia de seguridad tienen una mentalidad ridícula. Aun y cuando llegas primero le dan turno a las personas que van llegando con su turno por celular. A ti que llegas pidiendo turno físico te dejan esperando. Puede ser todo el día. Solo para que entiendan lo mediocre de esta sucursal. No pude ni hacerlas entender. Quise hablar con su gerente y no me quería recibir. Ni me preguntaron a que venia a la sucursal. Solo pasaba gente aun y cuando yo estaba primero en la fila.
Otro tema es que tanto la recepcionista como la guardia me estaban obligando a proporcionarles datos personales. Cuando no es obligación. Si un cliente no quiere proporcionar su numero telefónico esta en su derecho.
Espero tengan la capacidad para arreglar este tipo de problemas que en pleno 2021 estén pasando.
