★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio por parte de todos en la sucursal, primero que nada el tiempo de atención es demasiado largo, yo dure 1 hora y media para ser atendido una vez que eso ocurrió el supuesto "ejecutivo" no sabía ni los productos que ofrece su propio banco, y para el colmo se tardó mucho tiempo para que al último me cambiara de "ejecutivo", y lo último que hizo que me saliera de la sucursal fue que en vez de atenderme se pusiera a responder mensajes de su celular o que se yo... No recomiendo este banco, es muy burocrático y tardado, me atienden más rápido en oficinas de gobierno que en este banco mediocre.
Lousy service by all at the branch, first of all attention span is too long, lasts 1 hour and a half to be served once that happened the case "executive" did not know the products offered his own bank, and for the high long it took for that last change me "executive" and the last thing I made out my branch was that instead treating me be put to reply to messages from your cell or whatnot ... I do not recommend this bank, it is very bureaucratic and slow, I serve faster in government offices in this lackluster bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, los ejecutivos platicando entre ellos, atienden a dos personas a la vez, fui a hacer un tramite que me tomo 45 min y al final me lo hicieron mal.
Por favor necesitas mas supervision, lastima que son adultos y no se tomen en serio su trabajo.
Terrible service, the executives talking to each other, they serve two people at the same time, I went to do a procedure that took me 45 minutes and in the end they did it wrong.
Please need more supervision, it hurts that they are adults and do not take their work seriously.
