M	Martha Mendoza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto el servicio, se tardan, el ATM nunca funciona, la señorita Patricia Rivera es despota y no saben nada de los servicios. Es prácticamente imposible obtener una reposición de la tarjeta Binestar, llevo 4 llamadas y dos visitas a sucursal y la señorita insiste en que ellos no dan ese servicio. Una autentica desgracia esta sucursal. The service is terrible, they take time, the ATM never works, Miss Patricia Rivera is despotic and they don't know anything about the services. It is practically impossible to obtain a replacement for the Binestar card, I have taken 4 calls and two visits to the branch and the lady insists that they do not provide that service. A real disgrace this branch.

Además de que de lo 5 ejecutivos solo habían 3 trabajando y uno de ellos solo en la computadora sin cliente durante el tiempo que esperé Creo que son una buena institución para invertir mi dinero pero con el trato que dan mejor me voy antes a otro banco y evitarme futuros disgustos.
