De los bancos más lentos que he tenido que usar. Tienen cuatro cajas pero a pesar de ver que tienen mucha gente sólo tiene dos en funciones. Además cuando fui hacía mucho calor pero en la sucursal no les importa y no ponen el aire acondicionado. Varias personas incluyendome nos salimos en donde llegaba un poco de aire para poder refrescarnos. Si pueden eviten usar esta sucursal ya que al parecer no les importan sus clientes.
One of the slowest banks I've ever had to use. They have four boxes but despite seeing that they have many people, they only have two in office. Also when I went it was very hot but at the branch they don't care and they don't put the air conditioning on. Several people including me went out where a little air was coming to cool us down. If you can, avoid using this branch as they apparently don't care about their customers.

Pesimo, no le crean a la que recibe a los clientes solo buscan ventas para sus comisiones a parte prepotentes. PESIMO BANCO MEJOR EVITEN Y VAYAN A OTRO ya los denuncie ante la CONDUSEF por el mal trato de este banco a sus clientes.

El servicio es muy deficiente. El banco vacío, la gerente viendo su celular y tardaron casi 30 minutos en atenderme. Al final les da flojera trabajar y buscar soluciones.

Dentro de las peores atenciones en banco qué he tenido, me querían ofrecer un seguro que no quería, cuando dije que no y que no, me pusieron muchas trabas, primero que tenían que enviar un correo electrónico para solicitar mi cuenta sin seguro, luego qué las huellas no pasaban y que necesitaban dos identificaciones adicionales al INE, que tenían que ser únicamente, licencia de conducir, pasaporte o cédula profesional, les pedí que me dijeran donde decía eso y la Director de sucursal Rocío Sánchez Marín, se puso muy intransigente diciendo que venía en Internet, lo que si viene en su página es que la cuenta que quería sacar necesitaba un INE, un comprobante de domicilio y $3000 pesos. No recomiendo a nadie está sucusal o incluso el banco, esta era la sucursal mejor calificada con sus 2 estrellas y vine ignorando los comentarios... No los ignoren, son verdad.

La señorita de la entrada no es tan gentil. Hay que tener datos móviles y WhatsApp en el celular porque el turno es por medio de un código QR que te enlaza a un chat de WhatsApp.

En alguna ocasión tenía que hacer una transferencia que rebasaba el límite de la app y los ejecutivos dijeron que tenía que ir a mi sucursal matriz (obvio tenían una pésima actitud) el punto es que fui a otra sucursal x y me hicieron mi trámite sin ningún problema, entonces además de groser@s no saben hacer su trabajo...

?Mal servicio en serio hablando de ejecutivos de todo se quieren enterar hasta por qué sacas tu cuenta como si eso tuviera que ver para darte un servicio (causando desconfianza) super tardados sumado a qué te dicen una hora y ahí estás como menso esperando y preguntas si ya llegó y su respuesta "no ha llegado esperela" neta solo una persona sabe hacer el trabajo o que, preguntas y parece que te regañan y mala cara.?????
