★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible institución financiera, si se te ocurre abrir una inversión, ponte al pendiente porque los ejecutivos no hacen su trabajo y harán todo lo posible para tener secuestrado tu dinero sin ningún rendimiento.
La asesoría sólo es en tu sucursal, y la linea telefónica hasta te dejan más de una hora y nunca logras hablar con un asesor.
Terrible financial institution, if you think about opening an investment, stay tuned because the executives don't do their job and they will do everything possible to have your money kidnapped without any return.
Counseling is only in your branch and telephone line until you leave more than an hour and never manage to speak with a counselor.

Terrible service, details like: do your paperwork there at your branch, we can do the paperwork here from scratch but wait a few days, we don't have a system etc etc etc.
