Banregio es un banco que tiene muy pocos clientes y sucursales en zona metropolitana, por lo que la atención es muy rápida y efectiva tanto en sucursal como por línea telefónica. Y tienen convenio con Scotiabank, por lo que si tienes cuenta con banregio puedes sacar dinero en cajeros automáticos Scotiabank sin ningin tipo de comisión.

Recientemente un familiar llegó de EU. Y como mexicano no cuenta con su credencial para votar y quería sacar una cuenta para manejar su efectivo. Le recomendé Banregio por el excelente servicio que me ha proporcionado.
Así que revisando los requisitos y contemplando que únicamente cuenta con pasaporte y matrícula consular y que Banregio no requería del INE para sacar su cuenta digital, decidí llevarlo a una sucursal en la Ciudad de México. Donde no pudieron aperturarle la cuenta por carecer de la credencial del INE y que por cuestiones de la pandemia no existen condiciones para obtenerla.
Deseo agradecerles, el que me hayan permitido conocer su servicio que pensé era excelente, creer que su información en su página web era confiable, el arriesgarme a salir en condiciones riesgosas para mi familiar y para mi y observar que las necesidades de sus clientes no es lo importante para ustedes.
Por último no los volveré a importunar con recomendaciones que no necesitan.

Recently a relative came from the US. And as a Mexican, he does not have his voting credentials and wanted to get an account to handle his cash. I recommended him to Banregio for the excellent service he has provided me.
So reviewing the requirements and considering that he only has a passport and consular registration and that Banregio did not require the INE to take out his digital account, I decided to take him to a branch in Mexico City. Where they could not open the account because they lacked the INE credential and that due to pandemic issues there are no conditions to obtain it.
