★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hacen esperar por horas formadas a las personas de la tercera edad, las pocas personas que atienden en ventanillas se meten a desayunar aproximadamente una hora, y se pone prepotentes y groseras cuando las personas que tienen horas esperando se animan a reclamar la falta de atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, su cajero automático nunca sirve, o dice estar fuera de servicio y/o que no puede realizar la transacción que se le solicita, sea a la hora que sea, debería el estado estar más al pendiente de esta situación ya que deja mucho que desear su institución.
Terrible service, its ATM never works, or it says it is out of service and/or that it cannot carry out the transaction that is requested, whatever time it is, the state should be more aware of this situation since it leaves a lot to wish your institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el cajero se quedo con mi dinero y ningun funcionario me ayudo. dijeron que en 10 dias haga la aclaracion. No me quisieron dar el número de folio . Dijeron que es confidencial.
Ya pasaron los 10 días y me dijeron que me depositarían en la cuenta. No depositaron nada. Mejor acudan a un banco serio.
