★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención en fin de semana, las enfermeras no quieren hacer nada. Hay una enfermera se llama Esther ya se ve mayor dice que yo le tengo quedar los medicamentos.mi papá lleva un mes aquí y siempre es lo mismo con ella de todo se enoja . Las enfermeras del turno de la noche aún más llegan se sientan se saludan una hora después comienzan a tomar signos a mi papá se le tapó el catéter dónde va el suero les avise tres veces porque la mano le estaba doliendo y la tenía inflamada ya son casi dos horas y no ha regresado a canalizarlo nuevamente. Ella se llama Lupita . Pero bueno es lo que hay .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve hospitalizada en Urgencias del martes 14 al 16 de septiembre. Del personal no tengo queja, se esmeran en su labor. Pero no digo lo mismo de la administración :no hay medicamentos, los aparatos de rx, tomografía y más, no sirven y no te mandan a otros lados. Y con el dolor que tengo, no había más que paracetamol. Pésimo administrador!!! Además de quitar servicios como cirugía de columna que antes había ahora la atención es hasta Cd México. De mal a peor con López Obrador!!
I was hospitalized in the ER from Tuesday 14 to 16 September. I have no complaints about the staff, they take great care in their work. But I am not saying the same about the administration: there are no medications, the x-ray machines, tomography and more, they are useless and they do not send you elsewhere. And with the pain I have, there was nothing but paracetamol. Terrible administrator !!! In addition to removing services such as spinal surgery that previously had, attention is now up to Mexico City. From bad to worse with López Obrador !!

Te puedes estacionar en la calle lateral y además hay un estacionamiento cobran 25 todo el día.
Good attention and not saturated with people.

No resuelven, no cumplen con sus funciones y atienden despotamente, para el servicio de traslados hay una enorme desorganización en los procesos administrativos, nadie te da informes sobre ellos y nadie sabe nada, en cuestion de la atención por parte de los medicos no hay lio, el problema e son sus operativos
The emergency Social Workers are for pure chi .... They do not solve, they do not fulfill their functions and they serve despotically, for the transfer service there is a huge disorganization in the administrative processes, nobody gives you reports about them and nobody knows anything, In terms of care by the doctors there is no mess, the problem is their operations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puedo comentar sobre mi experiencia en urgencias. La atención de recepción es pésima, el personal que labora en el turno de la noche, no tiene ni la sensibilidad, o la capacidad de atender, resolver y gestionar la atención de los pacientes que llegan. Falta personal médico, de enfermería y administrativo.
En relación a la atención de los médicos, mi experiencia es excelente por lo menos en el área de traumatología y ortopedia, pues puedo decir que los médicos Saúl Rodríguez y Edgar Loeza son extraordinarios, la atención, su conocimiento, su calidez, su humanismo es de 100.
El servicio de hospitalización es deficiente pero por la falta de personal.
En general el servicio es bueno, solo se ve afectado por ciertas áreas donde el personal no tiene la capacitación e estría para atención al paciente y familiares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal muy mala experiencia, en cuanto a Seguridad, y todo lo relacionado con los directivos. A groso modo se internó a mi papá en urgencias por un derrame cerebral y estuve preguntando el viernes si podía verlo el sábado el domingo hasta que exigir verlo y mi sorpresa es que se había salido de las instalaciones con todo y bata y estuvo perdido hasta el martes se dio a la tarea de buscarlo y se encontró en pésimas condiciones de salud . Es muy triste hoy comentarlo papá falleció y no lleve ésto hasta las últimas consecuencias.
