★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay estacionamiento, la calle es bastante insegura. Hay demasiado tráfico para llegar a este lugar. Además para recoger un cheque tardan entre 45 a 70 minutos. Cierran a las "4.30 pm" pero desde las 4 p.m. ya no quieren atender. Pésimo servicio, ojalá mejoren la atención y mínimo un estacionamiento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente mala, la cajera con una actitud muy grosera, simplemente contesta con monosilabos y no te proporciona la informacion requerida u opciones que te pudiesen ayudar. Que pena que sea denominado como el Banco del pueblo o de los pobres. Ojala tomen medias para evitar este tipo de maltrato hacia las personas que acudimos ahi.
Really bad, the cashier with a very rude attitude, simply answers with monosyllables and does not provide you with the required information or options that could help you. What a pity that it is called the Bank of the people or of the poor. I hope they take measures to avoid this type of mistreatment towards the people who go there.

Las cajeras más arrogantes que he conocido, no saben resolverte dudas, no están para nada capacitadas para atender adultos mayores (y eso que son su mayor clientela)
Me enojo bastante ver cómo atendieron a mi familiar y a todos los adultos mayores. No entiendo cómo pueden contratar a esa gente
The rudest and most unprofessional people
The most arrogant cashiers I have ever met, they do not know how to answer your questions, they are not at all trained to serve older adults (and that they are their largest clientele)
I get quite angry to see how they treated my family member and all the older adults. I don't understand how they can hire those people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El horario dice 9 a 4:30 pero solo atienden hasta las 3:30. Son personas groseras, poco empáticas y cero profesionales. Es lamentable que este tipo de gente sean "servidores públicos" Este Banco es un infierno, de verdad es lo peor
