★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto servicio. La persona que nos atendió prefirió chambear y ya atendernos cuando terminó. Resultado: 35mins esperando unos estados de cuenta.
 Disgusting service. The person who attended us preferred to work and attend us when he finished. Result: 35mins waiting for some account statements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUCHO CUIDADO CON ESOS CAJEROS AUTOMÁTICOS, Me tocó uno que le habían pegado una placa por donde salen los billetes para evitar que salieran, afortunadamente lo pude quitar y recuperar mi dinero. Una patrulla cerca que no nos ayudó en nada, ni los chavos de los bares cercanos tampoco ayudaron.
A LOT OF CARE WITH THESE AUTOMATIC POCKETS, I had one that had been hit by a plaque where the bills came out to prevent them from coming out, fortunately I could take it away and recover my money. A nearby patrol that didn't help us at all, nor the kids from the nearby bars didn't help either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay muchos bancos malos en México, pero HSBC es el peor. Además de todas las veces que me han bloqueado mi cuenta por transferirme a mis cuentas de otros bancos, hoy, después de hacerme esperar por horas, me prohibieron retirar dinero de mi cuenta porque no reconocen mi firma que ellos mismos guardaron hace un par de meses.
Es como si se esforzaran en dar mal servicio (y eso que yo tenía cuenta Premier).
There are many bad banks in Mexico, but HSBC is the worst. In addition to all the times that they have blocked my account for transferring me to my accounts from other banks, today, after making me wait for hours, they prohibited me from withdrawing money from my account because they did not recognize my signature that they saved themselves a couple of months ago .
It's as if they went out of their way to give bad service (and I had a Premier account).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y muy lento. A nadie le importa cuando llegas (nadie te recibe) y casi siempre hay un solo ejecutivo atendiendo a los clientes. Tienes que esperar al menos una hora para que te atiendan. A menudo "el sistema no funciona". Todo es malo en esta sucursal.
Terrible service and very slow. Nobody cares when you arrive (nobody receives you) and almost always there is only one executive serving customers. You have to wait at least an hour for them to serve you. Often "the system does not work". Everything is bad at this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo servicio. Un ejecutivo para todo el banco. Nadie sabe quien sigue en la fila ya que no dan número con lo cual los clientes tenemos que estar discutiendo a ver quién sigue. Cada vez que vengo me tardo horas y no logro resolver nada. Una tortura. Hoy cierro la cuenta.
Terrible service. One executive for the entire bank. Nobody knows who is next in line since they do not give a number, so we customers have to be arguing to see who is next. Every time I come, it takes me hours and I can't solve anything. A torture. Today I close the account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colas muy largas. Había 1 persona adelante de mi y estuvimos en cola casi dos horas para que un ejecutivo nos atendiera. Solo 1 ejecutivo disponible, la otra persona de salió. Pésimo servicio a cliente. Recomiendo correo lo más lejos posible de este banco. Es el peor de mexico
Very long queues. There was 1 person ahead of me and we were in line for almost two hours for an executive to assist us. Only 1 executive available, the other person left. Lousy customer service. I recommend mail as far as possible from this bank. It's the worst in Mexico
