EL PERSONAL ES AMABLE; PERO EL SISTEMA DE BANSEFI ES DE LOS 50s Y TARDAN MUCHO Y REQUIEREN DEMASIADO PAPELEO PARA TRAMITES SENCILLOS, ES UN PEQUEÑO INMUEBLE COMO DE 5M X 5M ENMEDIO DE UNA CUCHILLA, CON SOLO 2 CAJAS Y SIN CAJERO AUTOMATICO
THE STAFF IS KIND; BUT THE BANSEFI SYSTEM IS OF THE 50s AND THEY TAKE A LOT AND REQUIRE TOO LONGER PAPER FOR SIMPLE PROCEDURES, IT IS A SMALL PROPERTY AS OF 5M X 5M AVERAGE OF A BLADE, WITH ONLY 2 BOXES AND WITHOUT AUTOMATIC POCKET

Se han convertido de lo peor, Eran así desde siempre pero ahora se han acrecentado en su demérito y el personal peor grosero y visceral, como si te fueran a regalar algo, bueno si, creo que ahora solo se dedican a todos los programas de Bienestar social, ya no te resuelven ninguna otra cosa SAR, Créditos, ahorros etc, y les preguntas y te dicen que no saben nada que no está. Informados!!! En la Noticias en el periódico, y redes sociales, supuestamente, anunciaron que están realizando un préstamo y que ya llevan quién sabe cuántos millones Prestados y en las tres sucursales que me presente No saben nada incluida en esta que una señora de mala gana me dijo que aquí no era que esto solo es en provincia y para puros Agricultores y todas las noticias y el presidente de la 4ta...Sita.... Que cualquier persona con un CURP puede tener o llenar solicitud para dicho trámite a que juegan, lo que si le puedo decir, que estás sacan de muchos apuros a presuntos delicuentes ya que en las sucursales que recorrí había mucha gente formada tramitando el Billete Garantía o la Famosa Fianza, por lo menos para algo sirven, ya que a la Gente de dichos,,, la observé relajada.

Cuenta con 2 cajas al público, sólo proporciona saldo, no puedes realizar retiro horario de 9 a 4.30 pm Atenta y abierta a consultar dudas

CINCO ESTRELLAS PARA SUCURSAL PILARES, ni una sola para la sucursal REFORMA. Lamento muchísimo haber tenido que renovar mi TANDAHORRO en la sucursal REFORMA, que es PÉSIMA, en PILARES siempre me atendieron muy bien. Por la contingencia, llamé para cerciorarme de que esa sucursal estuviera abierta, no contestaron el teléfono, por lo que acudí a REFORMA. Me trataron muy MAL, la funcionaria tan descortés se llama DIANA STEPHANIE RUIZ CRUZ. Soy ahorradora desde hace años, no voy a BANSEFI (ahora BANCO DEL BIENESTAR) a pedir préstamos o beneficios de becas. Ahorro el fruto de mi TRABAJO. OJO CON EL SERVICIO. ¿Algún día volverán a abrir la sucursal PILARES esquina AV. UNIVERSIDAD? GRACIAS. Ahorro en BANSEFI por ser un banco MEXICANO, pero por como están trabajando me iré a otro banco, aunque sea extranjero. Todo lo echa a perder la negligencia y la falta de compromiso y respeto para quienes ahorramos. Ahora dudo en seguir ahorrando en lo que ahora mismo es el "Banco del Bienestar", el servicio sigue siendo muy lento y se tiene la incertidumbre sobre la seguridad y el buen manejo de los ahorros. No me gusta que el antes prestigioso Patronato del Ahorro Nacional se haya convertido en la institución administrativa de los programas sociales del gobierno: de por sí lento y deficiente el servicio, ha empeorado,h no es culpa de los empleados que, por cierto, trabajan a disgusto, ya que ni participación de utilidades ha recibido.

Es un buen banco, quienes atienden son muy amables, solo que con el pago de los apoyos del gobierno hay un poco de gente.

Pésimo. El personal no tiene actitud de servicio ni se expresa educadamente con los usuarios. Llegué a las 3 p.m. para cobrar unos billetes y me dijeron que tenía que regresar al día siguiente porque ya no tenían dinero para pagarlos.
