Banyan Tree Puebla - 72000 Puebla

We had the most incredible stay at Azul Talavera. We got five star treatment from each staff member we encountered during our time at the hotel. The property is absolutely stunning, with beautifully landscaped grounds, a rooftop pool overlooking Puebla and the volcano. The room was spacious and comfortable. The property is located in a great area within walking distance to all the main high interest places to see, and accords the street from a police station, which made us feel quite safe. Special shout out to Vanessa who made our stay really wonderful! Thank you for your hospitality, we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great atmosphere...great bar great rooftop rooms on side street not to good in morning Puebla trafic.

We stayed at the hotel in early March 2022 for a wedding. The hotel was beautiful, as was the wedding. Service was great. The food was incredible!

We stayed in the Banyan tree for two days, the location is amazing and the hotel is beautiful. We were very comfortable. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star review, is that it could’ve been cleaner. We found some hairs behind the bathroom door. Other than that, it was very clean.

I spent the day with friends at the pool, the pool-side dishes and drinks were exceptionally good. We returned our bloody Maries cause we don’t like them with spicy sause and got new ones right away, no questions asked. We also got a massage at the spa, although the spa area is beautiful the massage itself was disappointing, the therapist does not have the best hand control and that “feeling” for what the body of each client needs.

Beautiful hotel and top notch service. The design is gorgeously done. Sunset drinks on the rooftop bar is a must! Hope I get to return one day, as I absolutely loved it.

Unbelievably beautiful design and charm. I also can not say enough about the wonderful staff and what warmth they bring to the hotel. I was very much looking forward to my rooftop lunch and during this time they decided to put chemicals all over the floors and not one area in the whole restaurant was free from inhaling this poison. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because of the extraordinary rooftop pool and was looking forward to enjoying it. There are many hours the pool and restaurant are not open so I am questioning who in charge is lacking common sense and not care enough for their guests to enjoy their vacation, but also to breathe toxic harmful fumes. I am very disappointed by whomever was in charge to do this and also for the people working knowing and smelling this and not bringing it to the attention to be stopped.
