Pancita blanca con base de pocas especies y chile, la carne no esta pasada de sal y su consomé ligero ayuda a no tener pesadez.Su ambiente amable ayuda mucho. Tiene una excelente fama, y se comprueba desde que hay fila y también puedes apartar por teléfono. Una opción en CDMX Iztapalapa.
