★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vinimos desde un estado donde no hay esta tienda. Éramos 5 personas que queríamos comprar y solo dejaron entrar uno por familia. Entiendo la política para darle oportunidad a otros clientes, sin embargo la tienda estaba vacía y eran tres asesores de venta atendiendo. Dos estaban disponibles. Les valió y no dejaron que entrara más gente a pesar que de reportó la situación a la gerente. Una señorita autómata que no tenía cubrebocas en el interior de la tienda. Me parece increíble que grupo axo no cuide estos detalles en sus tiendas. Una experiencia muy desagradable.
We came from a state where there is no such store. We were 5 people who wanted to buy and they only allowed one per family to enter. I understand the policy to give other customers an opportunity, however the store was empty and there were three sales consultants attending. Two were available. It was worth it and they did not let more people enter even though the situation was reported to the manager. An automaton lady who did not have a mask inside the store. It seems incredible to me that the axo group does not take care of these details in its stores. A very unpleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not shop here, I repeat do not shop here. The ladies behind the desk are super rude, they were not willing to exchange a product I just bought 5 minutes before, even though my ticket says I can exchange it. They were laughing and treating us like trash.
Specially the one with red hair.

Great selection of candles, soaps, room sprays, hand soaps and other items. Located just past ‘Liverpool’ department store and Tommy Hilfiger on the ground floor by the bridge.
