They have lousy customer service! I bought a battery and after 2 months it fails me, when I make an appointment with the technician he does not answer me to apply the guarantee! Please do not buy anything in this store they are the worst in Cancun in customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADOOOO!!! La tienda ya no existe en el lugar que mencionan y hace fraudes. Te mandan cotización, aceptan la transferencia de pago y después ya no te contestan las llamadas y te bloquean, Por favor no acudan a ellos… son unos rateros….
BE CAREFUL!!! The store no longer exists in the place they mention and is doing fraud. They send you a quote, they accept the payment transfer and then they no longer answer your calls and they block you, please do not go to them... they are thieves...
