After deciding upon a destination wedding, I did some research on wedding planners which led me to Lorenzo at Pride Maya Weddings. Within an hour of sending an email inquiry I heard back from Lorenzo. He is very responsive and extremely enthusiastic! You can quickly tell Lorenzo is passionate about planning weddings and he will dedicate himself to making your big day one you and your spouse will never forget!

Lorenzo was amazing from start to finish. We changed our plans last minute and nothing about planning a wedding in another country during a pandemic is easy! Lorenzo was so easy going yet professional through out the entire process. He never pressured me or rushed me to make decisions. He was laid back, yet efficient. I felt a connection to Lorenzo from the very beginning, like we had known each other for years, so we even chose him to read our ceremony. Lorenzo followed through with every promise he made, he made sure we got the best prices with our vendors, and dealt with so many last minute changes like finding a photographer 2 weeks before the wedding after ours backed out. He responded so quickly to every text I sent or request I made. No matter how last minute the task was, he handled it with grace and made sure this bride was never stressed! All of our guests fell in love with Lorenzo and his husband Gustavo on our wedding day. It's been a few weeks since our big day and Lorenzo and I still chat via text or social media. I absolutely LOVED working with him and hope that one day our paths will cross again!

Loved speaking with Lorenzo! He was so helpful, kind, and really on top of sending all of the preliminary info/venues to me. Although we went in a different direction with wedding plans... Lorenzo was my life saver for our wedding. After 2 failed wedding planners for our destination wedding in the Riviera Maya I was discouraged. I found Pride Maya Weddings and they did not disappoint. I brought up a Mayan Ceremony in a Cenote thinking to myself "there is no way we can afford it" especially after seeing competitor pricing. Lorenzo clamed my worries, was able to deliver my vision, and he stayed in budget. We have beautiful pictures but most importantly a truly unforgettable adventure that we will never forget. I highly recommend the Mayan Ceremony and trust Pride Maya Weddings to make it happen. Lorenzo and Gustavo communicated every step with me. They even sent me pictures and real time videos of the ceremony and reception location so you know what to expect. The day of everything and everyone was on time and ready. Pride Maya Weddings took the stress away so that we can truly enjoy our special day. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

I started looking around on Wedding Wire for someone to help us coordinate a small ceremony in the Playa Del Carmen area. I found Pride Maya and after reading Lorenzo's reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I could not have been happier with my decision! It was really important to us to actually be married in Mexico (not go to the courthouse in the US before). Lorenzo handled every detail to make that happen for us. His communication from start to finish was quick and outstanding. A couple of weeks before our wedding he reached out to let us know that there was alot of seaweed on the beach we had originally planned to have the ceremony on. He came up with an alternative, which was a place in Tulum that was still within our budget. He jumped in and got everything moved for us and the venue was absolutely stunning. Even better than we could have dreamed of. I loved working with Lorenzo, but so did our whole family! He is kind and easy going. He really just wants to make your day special. The other thing that we were extremely pleased with were his vendors that he works with. The florist, the photographer, the videographer. Everyone was amazing and extremely professional. Look no further for your wedding coordinator ladies! You will be very pleased!

I don't know where to begin. It's hard to think I started planning this wedding last February (2021) and just got back from the best week of my life in Playa del Carmen. Last year I hired Pride Maya Weddings to help me plan my wedding all the way from Charlotte, North Carolina and I am so glad I did. It was truly amazing - it overhwhelmed my expectations. Lorenzo and Emily were the absolute BEST! They were there whenever I needed them and helped me with everything. Any time I had a question or fear, they knew exactly where to go or who to ask. They have the best recommendations in the Riviera Maya and helped me bring my vision to life. From venue to flowers, DJ to photographer, they knew who to contact. And on the day of the wedding, they were there the entire time, supporting me and my family from start to finish. I felt like I had known them for years. Emily is absolutely amazing, she is such a calming presence and you feel like she is your best friend! She does not miss a detail and responds to you so, so quickly. I truly cannot recommend them enough. We got back from our wedding a week ago and are still on Cloud 9. I want to relive that day over and over again. It wasn't easy finding the right wedding planner but when I came across Lorenzo I knew he was "the one" no pun intended! His passion, drive and genuine interest in what we wanted from our wedding day were so refreshing and I could feel the great connection from the start. My now-husband and I planned our wedding with Lorenzo and his team for a year and a half and they went above and beyond to make it perfect for us. Even at times when it didn't look hopeful due to COVID - they never showed any doubt and continued to support us. They were responsive to all of our messages and were responsible for finding our dream venue as well as getting us the best suppliers with competitive prices. On the day of the wedding, Lorenzo even went as far as being our officiant which was extremely kind of him and above and beyond what he signed up to do! Emily ran the wedding day perfectly, maintaining an amazing level of professionalism. She was calm, collected, understanding and super diligent. I honestly couldn't recommend a wedding planner more highly than Lorenzo and his team. They are trustworthy, kind and truly incredible people to work with!
