★ ★ ★ ★ ★ זהירות!!!! תתרחקו!!! שילמנו 390$ ללילה וזה בכלל לא מלון. כדי ללכת לבריכה צריך ללכת למלון x, כדי ללכת לאכול ארוחת בוקר צריך ללכת למלון y, אין אפילו סוכר לקפה בחדר. המים במקלחת מקולקלים. השירות ב"קבלה" של המלון הוא עד 22:00 בלבד ולא 24/7 כמו בכל מלון נורמלי. התמונות שאתם רואים באתרים של הבריכה זה של המלונות האחרים שהם מפנים אליהם!!!!
Caution!!!! Stay away !!! We paid $ 390 a night and it's not a hotel at all. To go to the pool you have to go to hotel x, to go to eat breakfast you have to go to hotel y, there is not even sugar for coffee in the room. The water in the shower is spoiled. The service in the "reception" of the hotel is only until 22:00 and not 24/7 as in any normal hotel. The pictures you see on the pool sites are of the other hotels they refer to !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Заплатили за первую линию, чтобы ходить на пляж. Но отель не чистит пляж, на нем тонны вонючих водорослей. Плюс на пляже стоят яхты. На завтрак надо идти в соседний отель. По утрам в отеле делают ремонт и не дают спать.
Paid for the first line to go to the beach. But the hotel doesn't clean the beach, there are tons of stinky seaweed on it. Plus there are yachts on the beach. For breakfast you have to go to a nearby hotel. In the mornings, the hotel is renovated and is not allowed to sleep.

Os quartos são todos novos, eles remodelaram faz pouco tempo e está tudo super limpo, os funcionários súper atentos o tempo todo, temos acesso a dois beach clubs, a localização é perfeita, está no meio de Playa Norte que é a praia principal de Isla é pertinho do centro, eu simplesmente amei e pretendo voltar em breve… ?

The rooms are all new, they recently remodeled and everything is super clean, the staff are super attentive all the time, we have access to two beach clubs, the location is perfect, it is in the middle of Playa Norte which is the main beach of Isla it's close to the center, I just loved it and I plan to come back soon… ?

Beautiful hotel on North Beach in Isla Mujeres! The rooms are spacious and the location is ideal for swimming every day. We had a great time and they treated us excellent. We also loved visiting the hotel's beach clubs. Highly recommended for those who visit Isla Mujeres!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off, I don’t understand the negative reviews - this hotel was my favorite place on the island! I stayed at 4 different hotels during my trip and I wished I had stayed at this hotel the whole time. It’s quite, has a delicious breakfast, and the yoga & spa at na balam was the highlight of my trip. I highly, highly recommend this hotel!
