Además de que el no es de atención a clientes. que no tiene ninguna alternativa para poder ayudarme, aunque lo único que necesitaba era actualizar mi expediente. Si se quiere ficha en caja es por algo y uno sabra que tramite quiere hacer y solo deben de darsela y punto, porque por cualquier incidente que llegue a pasar despues ellos no se quieren hacer responsables cuando con esas preguntas lo propician ? P	Patty Rojas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en los cajeros, la que está ahí para ayudar a las personas que nunca han hecho un pago en cajero no sirve para nada, hoy 25 de mayo a las 4:15 de la tarde, mi hija fue a realizar un pago y nunca ha usado esa forma para pagar, le pidió apoyo a la trabajadora de ahí y literal, la mando por un tubo, y no pudo realizar el pago. Aunque sea alguien joven no quiere decir que entiende como es el pago así, ya que no está familiarizada, era su primera vez. Pero desgraciadamente hay personas que no les gusta su trabajo, entonces que hace ahí? Aquí tienen maquinas es las que puedes hacer el pago de tus servicios (depósitos) sin necesidad de ir a la caja con personas. Todo es desde la máquina. Talmbién la mayoría de cosas pueden ser digitalizadas. La verdad se me hace algo excelente y muy rápido. Ya que también es un lugar en el que está abierto casi todo el día y no tienes que andar apurado de que ya te van a cerrar el banco. Muy recomendado, mi banco favorito.
