I	Ivonne García on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus ejecutivos son unos estafadores. Hoy me obligaron a contratar un seguro de vida condicionándome el trámite que necesitaba hacer a ello. En la línea Bancomer me indicaron que un trámite no está ligado a la contratación de una póliza, que puedo cancelarla sin costo y se disculparon por que se me negara la atención a menos de pagar un servicio. Regresé a la sucursal solicitando hablar con alguien o meter una queja y me metieron a un cubículo aislado en donde me dieron una hoja blanca para escribir la situación. Apenas iba a empezar a escribir cuando llegó el ejecutivo en cuestión y se sentó frente a mí para decirme que en la línea Bancomer no cuentan con la información indicada sobre los procedimientos y que si cancelo la póliza se puede rebotar mi trámite. No sé si alguien lo mandó a hacerme desistir de la queja y de la cancelación o fue por decisión propia pero me parece gravísimo que se den estos casos de irregularidades y revictimización. Porfin cambiaron al personal de esta sucursal ya que el anterior pffff ni para que decir, el banco BBVA es de los mejores por que los otros..... ni la atención al cliente ni nada. Las nuevas señoritas que atienden son muy amables entienden el problema y te agilizan el tramite siempre siguiendo las normas del banco, además de que son muy pacientes para aclarar dudas. Este es el tipo de personal que necesitamos en los bancos amables y eficaces !!! ojalá que estas señoritas puedan estar mucho más tiempo They earned it>!!!!!
