★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the modern infrastructure and variety of snacks, the service quality is at its lowest point. Prices for movie tickets and snacks are much higher, compared to Cinemex. Personal attention reaches to a point which they are willing to disrespect customers, discrimination because of gender, ethnicity, and age are more than common. If one were to support the nice Mexican Popcorn project, it's best to go to another Cinépolis, like Iztapaluca, Chimalhuacan, or Las Américas. Definitely, Gran Patio Texcoco is not the place to go to the movies and spend quality time.
