★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, inventan criterios diferentes a los de otra bancos. Llevé un recibo telefónico como comprobante de domicilio y por no ser Telmex no lo aceptaron. A mi esposa le negaron sacar dinero en ventanilla por ser extranjera. No vengan a esta sucursal.
Bad service, invent criteria different from those of other banks. I took a telephone receipt as proof of address and not being Telmex did not accept it. My wife was denied money at the window because she was a foreigner. Do not come to this branch.
