Malísima la atención telefónica los números que proporciona BBVA no responden nunca en la sucursal, sin embargo cuando uno va ve que hablan por teléfono con quién hablarán, en época de pandemia debería ser más considerados

Siempre me dan buen servicio y generalmente no hay tanta gente pq el estacionamiento es poco hay q buscarle alrededor para estacionarse, tiene una multicaja en donde hago pagos de tarjetas y depositos de manera rapida y sin hacer filas, en la parte de las cajas es muy amplio y comodo ya que tiene suficientes sillas y nunca te toca parado. Te atienden rapido y amablemente.

Su sistema para atención a clientes es pésimo! Una hora y 15 mins esperando, sus turnos q saca la Maquinita con letras, pasan todas las oetras antes que te vuelva a tocar el sgte de la letra. Es una pesadilla y una verdadera perdida de tiempo venir a sucursal a hacer alguna operación. Es mas eficiente hacer fila en otros bancos y pasa uno mas rapido que aqui.

En la sucursal de la Avenida Hidalgo, trataron de "persuadir" a mi mama, una persona ya mayor, con diabetes, que solo iba a su oficina en tiempos de pandemia a renovar su tarjeta de debito y ella ha sido cliente por al menos 10 años, le han dicho que no podian aceptar su identificacion (tarjeta del INE) no es suficiente pero si ella saca una tarjeta de CREDITO, eso sirve como identificacion. Eso no es legal. Se que el "ejecutivo" solo quiere una comision, pero estas practicas son ilegales e inmorales.

Maneje 1 hr para alcanzar abierto y no. Se supone Google map me marca cierran alas 2:30pm y es estoy desde la 1:50 aqui.

Sugerencia para la banca patrimonial ... Su cliente debe de ser lo más APRECIADO puesto que hace una inversión de números arriba de los 6 dígitos, por lo tanto cuando haga movimientos de su dinero (RECIBA) y tenga la necesidad de ir a la ventanilla a depositar ACOMPAÑEN y darle prioridad a ese deposito y no mandarlo a la FILA (A FUERA DE LA SUCURSAL) exponerse a que lo asalten.
