★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan más de 3 horas en atenderte tan sólo para hacer un retiro a fondo y son tan incompetentes deberían de dedicarse a vender dulce en la entrada del sucursal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En Google Maps aparece con el nombre de BBVA central de abastos, deberían modificar el nombre porque algunos usuarios pueden llegar a confundirlo, fuera de eso tiene muchos cajeros y el retirar efectivo es muy rápido

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a hacer un deposito a cajero, no es algo que haga con frecuencia y me asesoraron muy amablemente además de tratarnos muy bien en la entrada y contestando mis dudas :D.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es nefasto, acudí por una actualización de datos y la señorita Daniela cancelo todos los servicios de notificaciones sin mi consentimiento, no puedo ingresar a la banca web y ahora por c la ejecutiva que me atendió tendré que regresar de nuevo, ya que como cancelo sucursal no puedo activar los servicios vía telefónica.
The service is disastrous, I went for an update of data and Miss Daniela canceled all notification services without my consent, I can not enter the web banking and now for c the executive who attended me I will have to return again, since as I cancel branch I cannot activate the services via telephone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio que proporcionan sus “ejecutivas” es nefasto. Atienden cuando quieren. No respetan los turnos en lo absoluto. No tienen el más mínimo respeto por el tiempo de las personas. Si tienen su cuenta en esta sucursal y tienen la desgracia de tener que usar sus servicios de las ejecutivas vayan con mucha paciencia porque van a estar ahí 2 horas aunque no tengan gente. Y si tienen suerte que alguna de las que las atiendan están capacitadas podrán solucionar su problema si no tendrán que esperar a la gerente para que lo haga o de plano dar 3 o 4 vueltas. Nefastas se deberían de dedicar a otra cosa.
The service provided by its "executives" is ominous. They attend when they want. They do not respect shifts at all. They do not have the slightest respect for people's time. If you have your account in this branch and have the misfortune of having to use their executive services go with a lot of patience because they will be there 2 hours even if they do not have people. And if they are lucky that any of those who attend them are trained they will be able to solve their problem if they will not have to wait for the manager to do it or plan to give 3 or 4 laps. Nefarious should be dedicated to something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mejor sucursal de queretaro, están cuidándonos con las medidas de seguridad por la pandemia, resuelven tus dudas y tiene paciencia, te explican que producto te conviene más, no te cargan productos incensarios para ti, revisan los datos correctamente. En ninguna otra sucursal me explicaron las cosas como en esta, no me sentí atacada por las ejecutivas de que te quieren vender a fuerza productos. Excelente todo !!!!!!
The best branch of queretaro, they are taking care of us with the security measures due to the pandemic, they solve your doubts and have patience, they explain which product is best for you, they do not load incense burners for you, they review the data correctly. In no other branch did they explain things to me like in this one, I did not feel attacked by the executives that they want to sell you products by force. Excellent everything !!!!!!
