Generalmente yo uso solo los cajeros, la verdad me siento más segura, nunca fallan, es más amplio y limpio ❣ a comparación de la sucursal que esta en vallejo por ejemplo ?? y las pocas veces que he subido a sucursal me han atendido sin problema, obviamente depende del día que vayas, si es quincena prepárate para largas filas y mucho tiempo ahí ?‍♀️?

Deberían actilizar su horario de atención a ventanilla, ya que está establecido que cierran 4:30 y pasé 4:05 y no había servicio.

No entiendo por que esta sucursal tiene tan malas reseñas. Yo fui hoy, sábado & me atendieron muy bien & rápido. El ejecutivo se porto súper amable & el ambienta en gral fue bueno. Me aclararon mis dudas & resolvieron mis problemas. Siguen todas las medidas necesarias por contingencia. Definitivamente volveré a esta sucursal de ser necesario.
I don't understand why this branch has such bad reviews. I went today, Saturday & they treated me very well & fast. The executive was super friendly & the atmosphere in general was good. They clarified my doubts & solved my problems. All necessary contingency measures are followed. I will definitely return to this branch if necessary.

Pésima organización del personal déspotas. De nada te sirve tener tarjeta oro ó preferencial y dinero invertido con ellos tienes que hacer una gran fila para poder ingresar.

25 de Enero 2022, acudí a la sucursal cerca de 3:30éramos bastantes en la fila esperando ahí afuera con tremendo sol y abarrotados por los puestos ambulantes para que a las 4 de la tarde así sin más salieran a decirnos que no nos iban a atender, éramos cerca de 20 personas, había gente ahí esperando desde las 3, bien podían formarnos adentro, podrían haber tenido l consideración de salir a decir hasta este punto de la fila se les atiende pero no, “a modo de disculpa” nos dice un empleado de la sucursal es que nosotros no podemos salir a cortar la fila pero si les es mejor tener a la gente una hora esperando ahí afuera para luego decirles no los vamos a atender porque hay pocos cajeros por covid? Pedimos hablar con el gerente y solo nos dieron largas para esperar a que nos retiráramos Si van a atender hasta la hora que les da la gana podrían al menos poner un letrero afuera cierto? Para q poner un horario que no van a respetar?
