We had a nice experience, until I got home and realised my card was charged twice when it wasn't supposed to. We ordered a couple beers, the chicken nachos with extra hot sauce on the side to have there, and regular cheese nachos to-go. It was quite nice. Large portions too. When it was time to pay, I went up with my card as I saw they accepted VISA. I ran my card, was informed that the transaction didn't go through so we ran my card another time. Again, the transaction was declined, so in the end we paid in cash. Later on, I found out I was charged for both transactions on top of them accepting our cash payment. Called them back straight away and they were quite rude and uncooperative over the phone, unwilling to refund any if at all despite it being very odd, having records of consecutive identical transactions. There was no offer of any compensation. They just insisted I had to have a cash receipt, but we weren't even offered one after we paid. I would think the situation would have been uncommon enough for the server to have remembered it, that the manager could have then authorised the refund straight away. We are now in the process of filling a dispute through my bank to get a refund if the merchant will not help.

We were here on Oct. 17 2018 in the afternoon. Food was great and the server was kind. However when we went to pay, our card was "declined" twice and we were told it didn't go through either time. So we paid with cash. Later when we checked the account we noticed both transactions went through. We contacted the owner and he was rude and did not offer any help with a refund. It should have been quite simple for him to ask the server about the situation. And check the till. Lucky for us are our card company refunded us the money.

Amazing place. English worker who is super friendly and fun. Nachos are huge and affordable.

The swings are the main draw hear. The local bars upstairs and across the street seemed more fun.

Awesome place, staff are super friendly and attentive, food is first class. The resident Canadian behind the bar (Annie) is fantastic, chatty and full of life. She really goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Probably one of the best bars on the island. Only downside is the obnoxious music that blares out from another bar upstairs......

If I can warn off anyone from this restaurant I’ll be happy. We went in just knowing this place had a semi decent review on Google maps and now I wish I never knew it even existed. We got an order of wings and onion rings and they were the WORST wings and onion rings my husband and I have ever tasted. And it’s not like we’re bougie wings eating people either- we love BWW and wingstop, we have never met a wing we didn’t enjoy until this spot. We ordered the spiciest wing on their menu, and when it came out, it just tasted like the entire wing was basted in SUGAR. No spice whatsoever. In addition, the wings were also extremely soggy and the consistency of the chicken was just extremely strange. I had to ask the waitress for hot sauce just so I could bear shoving the wing down my throat. The onion rings were breaded super thick and with some unidentifiable spice that made them taste extremely off. One star for the carrot and cucumber sticks I guess, those were okay. Literally the only thing redeemable, and that’s not saying much. Go next doors to the taqueria instead, at least you won’t regret the $$$ you spend and you’ll actually leave full and satisfied.
