Best Italian restaurant in Mexico

My wife wanted Pialla so w ordered 2 dishes. 1) the waitress quoted a price of 350 pesos, turns out that was per person, so the price of a dish was actually 700 pesos. 2) the dinner turned out to be pretty horrible. A thin layer of rice on the bottom of the pan with a burnt flavor. 3) it turns out they don't accept credit cards so we have to hike around downtown Holbox to find a cash machine to pay the exorbitant bill. Needless to say, this was the most unpleasant experience of our vacation in Holbox.

While I have no complaints, If I had one suggestion, this beach bar could be making a lot more money just by doing beach chair service and just checking in with those in the beach chairs to see if they want anything else, food, drink, etc.. Otherwise, this was a great place to eat!

Small menu but we decided to try the guacamole and the shrimp quesadilla was the best I'd ever had! Watched the sun go down next to the palm trees and the clear water felt like paradise. One of the best parts of our trip. We recommend the mojito and lime daiquiri
t	tj colborn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was amazing. The food was good. They do have a limited menu but it was almost enough to get me through 8 days here. Such a beautiful view especially at sunset. Breakfast till 11 or 12 and snacks from 11 or 12 to 8 PM. No kids or dogs allowed.
