★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a great tour to do in Cozumel look no further than Beach Bum Bikes. The customer service was absolutely hands down the best. You got to see lots of local stuff not just the tourist stuff. Luis our tour guide was gracious, pleasant and super nice! Lunch is included so worth the money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got there 15 mins early like they said and the dude was 30 mins late. He showed up only to get coffee and some snacks didn't talk to us once or try to apologize for being late so we got a refund DO NOT DO THIS AWFUL IDEA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with Beach Bum. We rented two e-bikes last weekend. Gris was fantastic. Due to the pandemic, the store is not always open, so contact them in advance for your appointment. Once we made contact we were able to get bikes quickly after arriving at the store. The location of the store is just outside San Miguel which is convenient for going south to Punta Sur area. Would definitely rent from them again. Bikes were in great condition and nearly new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the 2nd time renting from Beach Bum and could not be happier. If your on a cruise or new to island take one of their tours. We love riding and went off on our own. Both times were great fun and adventure and a great way to see the island. Cozumel is very bike friendly and most of the time your on a path. The e-bikes are great and batteries latest the whole time. Gris was fantastic to work with, friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a tandem bike, but the shop gave us an opportunity to try it first, and we absolutely hated it. So we switched to two Ebikes. We biked the entire island! We did run out of battery around 3/4 of the way around, but the head wind was strong. We were told we could make it all the way around if we just used pedal assist, and no throttle, which is what we did. Still ran out of battery; but when We called the office once we got cell phone signal, they brought us new batteries. Good service. We were here for two weeks and this is one of the funnest days we had on the island! Thanks a lot!
