★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location but horrible customer service, on top of that they are not clear about only taking cash till the end. Besides they overcharged us several drinks, I had a few words with the manager and they didn’t even listen to my complain, never going back, a place that mistreats and lies to tourism shouldn’t be open!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant service who didnt even try to speak with us when we were trying to understand his spanish. The 15% tip is automatically included so maybe this is a reason. Guys who are telling you this place is cheaper than downtown are lying.

They don't tell from the beginning that they don't accept card.. good thing I had cash, if I would have been screwed..
Food was good and service was decent.
But since I had to pay taxes on the cash y gave a lower than 10% tip.. when I usually give 15%-20% as long as its on a card..

The staff seems nice at the beginning but you understand really quickly why.
The tip is 15% and they don't give you a choice.
CHECK you bill at the end, they overcharge their customers: in their menu, there is Agua (nothing crazy here) and the price is 50 pesos, in our bill, it was 100 pesos and they told us the price changed because they did not have their regular water; they did not mention this They are lying as they do not offer several still waters within their own menu. They are just trying to overcharge their clients and according to the reviews, we were not the first ones.
We refused to pay as the price was not the one on the menu, we did not let them the choice (like they did with their tips ;-) )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location on the beach. They have different prices for their beach chairs. The one I got was 400 pesos per person, and the way it works for this price is that you can order food or drinks that total 400 pesos plus 15% tip. This deal was worth it; I stayed for 5 hours and got my money's worth as I got to chill under some palm trees, drink tequila, eat mariscos, and get in the clear water a few times. The only bad part is that it's cash only, NO CARD!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend, amazing lounge chairs and good service. You don’t pay for the chair, as long as you’re eating there + there’s a 15% tip added to the bill - which I think is perfectly fine considering how you don’t pay for the lounge beds. Food and drinks where good and fairly priced. Payed around 650 pesos for two lemonades, quesadillas and a burrito.
