For the store employees...
First just because I am speaking English to my friend doesn’t mean I do not understand Spanish.
Second saying in Spanish “oh they are American they won’t spend any money “ is probably bad for business! - ( we had two shopping bags from other stores ?)
Third we are from Canada don’t just assume because I am speaking English I’m American. - not that it should matter if I am American or Canadian but maybe don’t use it as an insult or a degrading term to someone that is looking to buy a hat in your store that just MIGHT be able to understand what you are saying ! ?♀️!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No refunds even though they are obliged by LAW., I will go to the consumer office to report this business. It's a scam as they do not mention it . Until you pay and it's written in the ticket. Plus the products are re-tagged with higher prices you can see the original price much cheaper. Be careful
