★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pool and direct beach access with private loung area but outdated rooms
Overall, we enjoyed:
- the direct access to the beach with loung area
- the nice pool area
- the very reliable internet
- the good cleaning
- the free car parking
We particularly disliked:
- the room that clearly needs refreshing; it feels we had the oldest looking bedroom with very old and smelly furniture; the shower has been obviously renewed
- the toilet clogging very quickly; it needs modernizing as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with our stay.. Bed sheets were never replaced, the beds were just made with same sheets. Overly strict for every little thing.. We didn't feel comfortable always felt as if we we're being watched or asked what room we're staying in as if we're intruders. My boyfriend's gold bracelet was stolen by staff and nothing was done by them. Food was not good, no flavor or just tasted weird. Do not recommend staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old rooms are offering to more than it’s capacity. Hotel staff is not helpful. It’s 20 mins away from main attraction. I highly recommend not to stay in this resort. Toilet are too small that you can’t shut door easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed one last quick trip to the beach before flying home. I found this place and the price was right. The property is gorgeous and the beach had plenty of seats and service! We were upgraded to a 1 bd suite. It was huge, had a view of the pool and beach. We will definitely return. It was so much nicer then the high rises near by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came back 8 years after my first visit and it was pretty much the same place and the same experience. The rooms could use some updates but they weren't that old either. The staff was friendly and helpful as before. One thing that could improve my experience is vending machines. It was difficult if not impossible to get coffee after the breakfast is over. Transportation wasn't an issue. We paid 700 MXP on the way from the airport and the ride from the hotel was the same price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just came back from a week holiday at Beachscape.
I had to give this hotel a 3 star for a few reasons.
The good:
- LOCATION. The proximity to restaurants and stores was excellent.
- BEACH. Calm waters, very little seaweed and amazing sunsets. People from other hotels reserve dinner at this restaurant just to enjoy a nice sunset.
- HOTEL - a little outdated but still very clean
The bad:
- SERVICE at the POOL BAR. Unhelpful and a lot of attitude. Not sure what’s happening with Cancun overall and the service but servers and bartenders seem to be very grumpy and dismissive. There would be 5 staff behind the bar at the restaurant and it takes 4 minutes to get some help.
-FOOD - ordered food at the beach and it was sun-par. Guacamole was good, Fries were soaked in grease after being placed on a basket, and the fish tacos - they were terrible. All batter, barely any fish. You were way better off going across the street for some amazing quick tacos than eating here.
-ELEVATOR - we had a stroller with a baby and we were on the 3rd floor. We’d either have to carry the baby with the stroller up to the 3rd floor or we would have to take the elevator to the 4th floor and then walk it down a set of stairs. It was doable but inconvenient.
Overall the two stars missing is due to service and quality/price of food.
I’d stay here again solely to have access to the beach and proximity to the all the restaurants/ grocery store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Lovely private beach and big pool. The rooms were clean and the room service was great. The breakfast buffet has great selections and the bar serves great cocktails. The hotel is close to many shopping centers and restaurants. Can't go wrong staying here.
