★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio con un personal desorganizado, me cambiaron la hora de la cita, llegaron tarde. Es un lugar sucio. Me realice el tratamiento de botox capilar y no vi ningún resultado. Manejan una publicidad engañosa.
Very bad service with disorganized staff, they changed my appointment time, they were late. It is a dirty place. I did the capillary botox treatment and I did not see any results. They handle misleading advertising.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yuli era la estilista estrella, desgraciadamente ya no está, por favor no dejen que Karina (que tengo mis dudas que sea estilista) les toque el cabello, el mío lo destrozo, se tardo 12 horas haciendome una decoloración y además se atrevió a cobrarme un dineral.

Llegamos con 20 minutos de anticipación a la cita y te tienen esperando en la calle (jardineras) aún cuando tienen espacio al interior del lugar; ya pasada la hr de la cita (15 min) tuvimos que preguntar si nos atenderían a lo que respondieron : que estaban esperando la hr de la cita, so 15 minutos DESPUÉS de la hr de la cita no eran suficientes? Claro mientras ellas platicando de lo lindo, UNA FALTA DE RESPETO TOTAL; obviamente salimos corriendo del lugar, si así te atienden antes de entrar no quiero imaginar como atenderán adentro.
AWESOME ATTENTION. We arrive 20 minutes before the appointment and they have you waiting on the street (planters) even when they have space inside the place; After the hour of the appointment (15 min) we had to ask if they would attend to what they answered: that they were waiting for the hour of the appointment, so 15 minutes AFTER the hour of the appointment were not enough? Of course, while they were having a great time talking, A TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT; obviously we ran out of the place, if that's how they serve you before entering I don't want to imagine how they will serve you inside.
