The hotel "offers" meals from the restaurant located in the first floor, so you will find menus in your room... don't get too comfy, because you will have to go downstairs to pick it up.
Then, and this is what totally disqualifies the hotel for business purposes, breakfast is served after 8:00am... so if you are paying for it make sure you dont have to go anywhere in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, clean and comfortable hotel, in a quieter neighborhood with walking access to good restaurants, cafes, and some shops. Tasteful, low key decor, and decent breakfast (good food, if not the best coffee - but there is a coffee place next door). My GF and I had a very nice 5 day stay while doing some business in GDL. Would definitely return!

I cancelled my reservation well within their policies and despite the many times I've called the hotel directly, they have not given me a resolution. Beware when booking with them through what they promote as their "official website". it is not what it seams and you may be better off booking with a reputable hotel that actually does their own reservations
