Fui con el cabello y las extensiones cortadas pésimo y Eli logró salvar el largo de mi pelo y mis extensiones haciéndolas ver naturales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a Santa Fe y Tienen muchísimas cosas a mejorar. El personal en general es poco atento, a excepción de Marco que tiene una actitud super servicial. Las sillas son incomodisimas. Están muy desorganizados y no hacen equipo, el chico que me atendió con mil de trabajo sin asistente, la coordinadora y otros peluqueros jamás se acercaron para auxiliarlo, al contrario pasan del tema y están metidismos en el celular. Les dieron una capacitación para la venta de un producto justo en la recepción, los empleados se amontonaron y no dejaban pasar a los clientes y de verdad les daba igual, me tocó ver a varias de las chicas entrar con comida y aquello olía a fonda. Los precios son asequibles, pero por el servicio recibido me atrevería a decir que es caro, color aceptable, el corte muy básico. Les falta bastante capacitación en técnica y muchísima en servicio. Parece estética de barrio, venden buenas marcas y hasta ahí. Me cobraron servicios de pelo largo cuando mi cabello es corto. La verdad NO lo recomiendo.

They were given a training for the sale of a product right at the reception, the employees piled up and did not let the customers in and really did not care, I had to see several of the girls come in with food and that smelled like a restaurant. The prices are affordable, but for the service received I would dare to say that it is expensive, acceptable color, very basic cut. They lack enough technical training and a lot in service. It seems neighborhood aesthetics, they sell good brands and even there. They charged me for long hair services when my hair is short. The truth I do not recommend it.
