★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vendedores que me tocaron bastante desatentos , ni el saludos de buenas tardes me contestaron, menos se acercaron para ver si necesitaba algo. Me imagino por la situación actual el stock que hay es prácticamente nulo , aunque eso no justifica la atención que dan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré bicicleta el 23 de Diciembre y todavía no me entregan mi factura. Están muy desorganizados. El señor que trabaja en la parte de taller es muy conocedora y te asesora bien. Los que están como administradores siempre intentan venderte la bicicleta más cara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré una bicicleta en el mes de septiembre. La tienda tiene buena variedad en general, desde las básicas como la que yo buscaba hasta cuestiones profesionales. Todo bien con la compra, la factura y la bicicleta, pero el servicio de venta deja mucho que desear. Llegamos y nunca nos abordaron para "vendernos algo", tuve que preguntar cada detalle uno por uno por que realmente no hubo atención al cliente. Eso tiene que mejorar.
I bought a bicycle in the month of September. The store has a good variety in general, from the basic ones like the one I was looking for to professional matters. Everything is fine with the purchase, the invoice and the bicycle, but the sales service leaves much to be desired. We arrived and they never approached us to "sell us something", I had to ask each detail one by one because there really was no customer service. That has to improve.

Después de ahorrar 28500 pesos decidí comprar una bicicleta, tenía algunas opciones pero decidí irme por la peor de ellas, la belford, incentivado por apoyar a mi país decidí comprar una bicicleta de marca mexicana, sin embargo nunca creí que fuera una completa estafa, a la semana le fallo la suspensión delantera quedando completamente inservible, hoy 19 de septiembre de 2021 no sólo aun no me la entregan si no que todavía ni siquiera me han dado respuesta habiendo pasado casi ya 2 meses, por lo que los invito a que jamas compren una belford si no quieren pasar por lo mismo que yo
Never buy a belford
After saving 28,500 pesos I decided to buy a bicycle, I had some options but I decided to go for the worst of them, the Belford, motivated by supporting my country I decided to buy a Mexican brand bicycle, however I never believed that it was a complete scam, to The front suspension failed last week, being completely useless, today, September 19, 2021, not only have they not delivered it to me yet, but they have not even given me an answer after almost 2 months have passed, so I invite you to never buy a belford if they don't want to go through the same as me
