Apenas hoy pude hacerlo.
Buen sazón. Balance adecuado de sabores. Las sopas en su punto (azteca, consomé y caldo Tlalpeño).
Hay buen gusto en las presentaciones de los platillos y en la atención del barista y la mesera.
Me parece que la única área de oportunidad es el tiempo. Entiendo que todo es fresco y se prepara al momento. No parecen incluir precocidos y eso es bueno. Pero hay un poco de atraso entre el primer plato y el segundo.
Lo que nadie debe perderse es el corte New York premium. ¡Está delicioso!
Y hacen magia con el café irlandés. Con eso se cierra una buena comida.
Además... son parte de mi localidad. ¡Felicidades!
I have wanted to eat at this place for a long time.

Good seasoning. Proper balance of flavors. The soups at their point (azteca, consommé and Tlalpeño broth).
There is good taste in the presentation of the dishes and in the attention of the barista and the waitress.
It seems to me that the only area of opportunity is time. I understand that everything is fresh and is prepared at the moment. They don't seem to include precooked and that's good. But there is a bit of a delay between the first course and the second.
What no one should miss is the premium New York cut. It's delicious!
And they do magic with Irish coffee. With that a good meal closes.
