Recibí información contradictoria en tres ocasiones distintas e incluso personal aceptando que pues 'como cada persona es distinta entonces dicen cosas diferentes y PRECIOS diferentes'. Muy pobre organización, en cada cita me atendía personal distinto y tenía que volver a explicar todo mi historial y tratamiento. Personal de Santa Teresa me confirmó que la señorita que me hizo tratamiento en mi primera cita en Galerias Coapa no estaba capacitada para aplicarlo; el tratamiento fue muy muy doloroso y a media sesión la señorita mencionó que no me había puesto suficiente anestesia. Me canalizaron a una sucursal distinta debido a semáforo rojo y no fue hasta después de acudir que una señorita de Santa Teresa mencionó que no deberían estar abiertos (por eso tienen todos los vitrales cubiertos con carton). De verdad muy mala experiencia, se rehúsan a darme copia de mi contrato aunque lo he pedido en dos ocasiones, pero ya estoy en medio de una denuncia con Profeco, y los he reportado a la Secretaria de Salud y Centro de Mediación. No vale la pena el riesgo, muy poco profesionales e inconsistentes en todo aspecto.
Very bad experience with two of the clinics (Santa Teresa and Galerías). I received contradictory information on three different occasions and even personal, accepting that well, 'as each person is different, then they say different things and different PRICES'. Very poor organization, in each appointment I was attended by different personnel and I had to re-explain all my history and treatment. Santa Teresa staff confirmed to me that the lady who treated me on my first appointment at Galerias Coapa was not qualified to apply it; The treatment was very very painful and in the middle of the session the lady mentioned that she had not given me enough anesthesia. I was referred to a different branch due to a red light and it wasn't until after I went that a lady from Santa Teresa mentioned that they shouldn't be open (that's why they have all the stained glass covered with cardboard). Really very bad experience, they refuse to give me a copy of my contract although I have asked for it twice, but I am already in the middle of a complaint with Profeco, and I have reported them to the Secretary of Health and Mediation Center. Not worth the risk, very unprofessional and inconsistent in every respect.
