Excelente atención al cliente. Hacen buenos exámenes de la vista pero necestas reservar cita en el sito web.
Las medidas sanitarias por la pandemia son muy buenas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy bonito, hay varios modelos y la presentación es excelente, los trabajadores tienen un excelente trato, el detalle está en su competencia.
La primera vez que fui, le mencioné al chico que me hizo el examen que no me sentía bien con la graduación, el solo dijo; "ya te acostumbrarás", a los casi tres meses no me había acostumbrado y mi visión se cansaba más rápido, acudí en busca de un ajuste y me atendió una señorita la cual no dejaba de aplicarme "pruebas placebas", o sea, no cambiaba la graduación ni hacía nada, solo se iba, fingía hacer algo y regresaba para ver si cambiaba la cosa, cualquiera que fuese el caso solo me respondía "es que es la misma graduación". Perdí media hora en su juego, y mejor pedí mi dinero de regreso. Afortunadamente su sistema de reembolsos es muy eficiente.
En conclusión, buen lugar, excelente trato, pero "oftalmologos" incompetentes.
