★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que voy nunca tienen nada y cuando checas en la pagina existencias de cierto producto y en que esta en esa sucursal. Llegas y no hay y ni se preocupan por buscar simplemente dicen no no hay y en su sistema si hay pero eso de ir a checar a todoooos los vendedores de ahi les da flojera. Muchas veces no tienen nada que hacer podrian acomodar todo y checar su inventario en vez de estar perdiendo el tiempo. Hasta ellos mismos han checado en su sistema que si tienen 1 pza y no quieren ir a checar. Pesimo servicio.
 Whenever I go they never have anything and when you check the stock page of a certain product and what is in that branch. You arrive and there aren't any and they don't even bother to search, they simply say there isn't, and in their system there is, but that of going to check all the vendors there gives them laziness. Many times they have nothing to do they could accommodate everything and check their inventory instead of wasting time. Even they have checked in their system that if they have 1 pc and do not want to go check. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice una compra de un componente, salió defectuoso, pero el detalle es que al cambiarlo en tienda los incompetentes empleados se portaron en una actitud poco profesional. Me da coraje como disque "gente"pone su imagen en una marca que está por tocar lo suelos en su calidad y por reacción su personal que define su estilo tan bajo y limitado .Lo barato sale caro y pues caí en su fraude, después agrego foto para que vean como atracan a las personas . Por eso no voy a San Pablo para evitar atracos pero dan más miedo los rateros con piel de oveja.
I made a purchase of a component, it came out defective, but the detail is that when changing it in the store the incompetent employees behaved in an unprofessional attitude. It makes me angry how the label "people" puts its image on a brand that is about to hit the ground in its quality and by reaction its staff that defines its style so low and limited. Cheap is expensive and I fell for their fraud, then I add photo so you can see how people are robbed. That's why I don't go to São Paulo to avoid robberies, but thieves in sheep's clothing are scarier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo visite para un mantenimiento básico de una bici, muy buen precio 250 más 50 pesos más por una cosita que le faltaba, la dejaron excelente. Muy buena atención del personal, aunque falta que la tienda tenga comunicación con las otras sucursales y opciones de envío en caso de no tener algo que se quiera comprar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente trato, muy amables todos los empleados, tienen varios modelos y varios accesorios además tienen estacionamiento.
Llamé confirmar si tenían un modelo, fui y en menos de 40 minutos ya me iba con mi bicicleta nueva ajustada.
-Actualización-
Lo que No recomiendo es algunos productos, por ejemplo al asiento de gel se le despegaron las letras con solo una vez que lo usé. Además le queda muy justo y se cae algunas veces cuando te bajas de la bicicleta. NO lo recomiendo.

What I do not recommend is some products, for example the gel seat had the letters peeled off with just one use. It also fits very tight and falls off a few times when you get off the bike. I do not recommend it.
