the sessions that you should have should be in a schedule that does not affect the appointments .. then you can wait until an hour and a half ..

María del Consuelo Medina González que no sabe escuchar y no brinda un buen trato al derechohabiente, es un tanto déspota y no brinda soluciones. Lamentable porque con una buena administracion podría ser una excelente clínica.
The administration of the clinic is poor. The staff in general is friendly except for the Director, Dr. María del Consuelo Medina González, who does not know how to listen and does not treat the rightful owner well, is a bit of a despot and does not provide solutions. Unfortunately, with a good administration it could be an excellent clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La directora Maria Consuelo vieja histérica atendió mal a mi familiar no es resolutiva solo habla de sus normativas. El tanto el personal muy competente y la atención medica muy buena.
The hysterical old director Maria Consuelo treated my relative badly. She is not decisive, she only talks about her regulations. Both the very competent staff and the very good medical care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo y mi familia tuvieron una mala experiencia con la Dr. Ma. C. MEDINA GONZALEZ ella antes de que fuera directora cuando era medico familiar atendió a mi mama le dio un diagnostico erróneo le dijo que tenia una simple diarrea y en verdad tenia una apendicitis paro al hospital afortunadamente la libro. Fue salvada por el Dr Cortes que es un muy buen cirujano el si le dio a la primera el diagnostico certero además le dio resolución. Actualmente en esta clínica atienden a mi hermanastro y es muy buena la atención por parte del personal lo único que da miedo que tengan este directivo como jefe.
I and my family had a bad experience with Dr. Ma. C. MEDINA GONZALEZ, before she was director when she was a family doctor, she treated my mother, she gave her a wrong diagnosis and told her that she had simple diarrhea and she actually had appendicitis. Fortunately, I stop the book at the hospital. She was saved by Dr. Cortes, who is a very good surgeon, if he gave the correct diagnosis the first time, he also gave her resolution. Currently in this clinic they take care of my stepbrother and the attention from the staff is very good, the only thing that is scary that they have this manager as their boss.
