Nunca, sin exagerar, nunca contestan el teléfono.
Precisamente porque no me contestaron tuve que ir ver una bici que sólo esa sucursal tenía en existencia, según me dijeron en otras sucursales.
En fin, el chavo que atiende lo hace más por obligación que por gusto. Justo cuando ya iba a comprar la bici esta no traía frenos y los manubrios estaban defectuosos. ¿Es en serio que una marca con tal prestigio no revise sus bicicletas ni a su personal ni a las sucursales?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala su política de ventas. Quería cambiar unas salpicaderas rodada 26 por una 29, no quería Devolver o se tomará como devolución sino cambiar por otro producto de la marca. Lástima. Perdieron un cliente de la marca y de la tienda. Recomiendo que piensen bien antes de comprar en esa tienda u otra de la marca Benotto porque no son flexibles en sus políticas de venta.
