★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal carece de ética laboral, e ido dos veces, la primera vez a comprar una bici y el personal que me atendió muy atento y servicial. La segunda vez a comprar un accesorio y por casualidad me tocó el mismo vendedor de la primera vez, en esta ocasión no me dio ninguna recomendación y solo se limito a lo que buscaba de forma apresurada. Lo más fácil es excibir su nombre y no dirigirse así él para realizar una compra, pero lo perjudicaría. Ojalá cambien sus políticas.
Les recomiendo checar en la página Benotto: precio, marca y calidad, antes de ir a la tienda.
The staff lacks a work ethic, and gone twice, the first time to buy a bike and the staff who attended me very attentive and helpful. The second time to buy an accessory and by chance I was touched by the same seller as the first time, this time he did not give me any recommendation and only limited himself to what I was looking for in a hurry. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoy por un poste de asiento y todos los de Benotto sin siquiera buscar existencias en su computadora decían que no tenían, un trabajador de esta tienda incluso aseguro que no tenían existencias en ningúna sucursal de Benotto de San Pablo porque solo manejan otra medida ?, en la página de Benotto marcaban 8 existencias ?. Al final la conseguí en una de las tiendas más pequeñas de Benotto una calle más adelante. En San Pablo no. 10, atienden mucho mejor y si te pueden asesorar en que sucursal tienen en existencias.
I went today for a seat post and all of Benotto's without even looking for stock on their computer said they didn't have any, a worker at this store even assured that they didn't have any stock at any Benotto branch in São Paulo because they only handle another size ?, on Benotto's page they marked 8 stocks ?. In the end I got it at one of the smaller shops in Benotto a street down the road. Not in São Paulo. 10, they serve much better and if they can advise you on which branch they have in stock.
