About Berger Masaryk - Distribuidor Oficial Rolex

Diamantes

Best jeweler in the city. Perfect craft. Salesmen tend to be just a bit too pushy

Hi- I bought a Rolex Submariner here in December but you didn’t have the warranty card. You said you would send in the post within a week, it’s now 7 weeks later and I still have not received. I have sent you 4 emails, and not had any response: please contact me ASAP. Thanks, Jon

Undoubtedly the best jewelry in town! A beautiful selection of pieces and an array of styles, designs and valuable jewels. Their watch collection is extensive. Monsieur Berger and his sons have always surpassed the boundaries of excellence and refinement

They really need to get better with customer service... Today I went with a watch worth about $3,500.00 USD, of course that watch is by no means as expensive as other pieces they have, but even considering that, I don't think this watch is not "worth" for them to categorize me as an "enough" customer considering they have many watches in that price range. I am telling this because when I entered, the lady at the reception stared as me as if I was surely confusing the jewelry store for a burritos food truck. As a side note, I added here a photo of my Glashütte Original Senator Perpetual Calendar, which is worth $20,000.00 USD I did this to avoid anybody thinking I'm not serious when I'm buying watches, or I'm just bluffing. Oh and in the same note, I strongly suggest the managers to educate the sales team to correctly pronounce that brand, because it's German, not English. I'll concede they got A. Lange & Sôhne right, but every watch from them has written Glasshüte I/SA in the dial, so they better pronounce it correctly. So, I only found one amicable person, which was at the computer and she happily helped me to find an IWC Davinci I may be interested about, and also helped me with other prices. She told me at which store I would be able to find it. The rest of the sales persons, somewhat arrogant... Yes they showed me some IWC, but they also need to learn checking which watch the potential customer is wearing. How do you come to "educate me" regarding an "automatic watch" (like forgetting I've just asked about perpetual calendars, annual calendars, asking about this tells something about the knowledge that person may have) when you're clearly seeing mine there, standing still as I'm wearing the IWC. And that watch is from a brand (Longines) they carry BTW, and it's the retrograde moonphase so no way to think I'm wearing a quartz watch... Additionally, if you're going to educate someone else, you need to educate yourself first, because they thought the IWC has 38 hours of power reserve (or some ridiculous number in that ballpark), when at the dial is quite clear the 7 days power reserve mark. Maybe she though that 7 is the number of the week day... they need to raise the bar here. The last funny thing happened when somebody comes to ask me if I need some help, but everytime I asked anything, I get the answer "we only have what you can see", let's not forget the amicable lady just told me that many pieces have been moved to another store, and she also pointed me where to find other pieces that were not in the store. So, we've got there a "sales person" with zero knowledge, which I may tolerate, because I can compensate with my own knowledge (not much but enough to know what I want to see), but the fact she's continually following me, with that arrogant ignorance and no interest in helping is disturbing. So the recap, the "sales team" is useless, I don't know how are they trained to recognize "worth" customers, but for a start they don't even seem to know the brands they carry, let's not even comment regarding identifying which watch the customer is wearing. I entered the store in bermudas and some soccer jersey, but do you really think that "worth" customers can't dress like that?
