Me contestó que si había y que ele precio me lo daban en el mostrador. Marqué para saber el costo, para no ir en balde o con dinero insuficiente para realizar mi compra.
Very rude the lady who answered me by phone, I contacted to ask if they had a hose in existence as well as its cost. He replied that there was and that the price was given to me at the counter. I marked to know the cost, so as not to go in vain or with insufficient money to make my purchase.

Llamé para que me pudieran apoyar con unas bandas que busco, le comenté al Sr. que me atendió que yo únicamente contaba con la descripción de las bandas por lo que le pedí un correo para enviárselas y que ellos pudieran apoyarme en decirme si los manejan o no pues ellos son los expertos. Comenzó diciéndome que que tipo de bandas eran, a lo que volví a responder que yo no conozco sobre ese ramo pero que nadamás tengo el modelo y medida. El señor muy alterado me dijo que yo estaba ocultandole la información y me interrumpía constantemente. Volví a explicarle lo que ya escribí anteriormente, accedió a darme el correo de mala gana y me dijo que agregara mi número de teléfono porque de seguro no se lo iba a compartir en la llamada -en tono sarcástico- y yo le pregunté que porque creía eso y me repitió "que porque le estaba ocultando información". Para nada escuchó la explicación que yo le estaba dando y fue grosero. Se quejó de mí pero su atención o resolución de conflicto fue pésimo. Ni decir que cuando contestó mi llamada tuve yo que preguntar si era el lugar a donde estaba hablando porque ni eso pudo hacer.
Terrible service and attitude! I called so that they could support me with some bands that I am looking for, I told the man who attended me that I only had the description of the bands, so I asked him for an email to send them to them and that they could support me in telling me if they handle them or no because they are the experts. He began by telling me what kind of bands they were, to which I replied again that I don't know anything about that field but that I only have the model and size. The very upset man told me that I was hiding the information from him and was constantly interrupting me. I explained to him again what I had already written before, he reluctantly agreed to give me the email and told me to add my phone number because I was surely not going to share it with him on the call -in a sarcastic tone- and I asked him why he thought that and he repeated to me "because I was hiding information from him". He didn't listen to the explanation I was giving him at all and he was rude. He complained about me but his attention or conflict resolution was lousy. Not to mention that when he answered my call I had to ask if it was the place where he was speaking because he couldn't even do that.
