I have been on multiple tours with Marcos with both family and friends, every time has been a amazing! I most recently went on a jeep tour with some friends for their first time in Cozumel, it was a lot of fun and a great way to them to see that island and have a great time. Marcos has always been extremely helpful and willing to customize the tours to exactly what we are looking for, as well as making the whole experience enjoyable! I would recommend Marcos and Best Buy Tours to anyone visiting Cozumel and will continue to go to him for all my excursions next time I visit!

I had the BEST experience with Best Buy Tours- you must absolutely book an excursion with this company! My daughter and I did the Jeep Tour and Horseback Riding Tour, both of which were phenomenal; we also booked their shared airport ride. Marcos is our guy; we plan to visit Cozumel again and will be contacting Marcos about more excursions. I must also note that my daughter and I had to leave a day early, and I contacted Marcos about changing the date of our shared ride to the airport. He arranged for a private ride for us; he is absolutely concerned for his customers' well-being and satisfaction. Top notch excursion! Just spent the day with Marcos giving us a tour around the island, and it was a spectacular day! Had a great day in Cozumel with Marcos! He's a fabulous tour guide and we enjoyed learning more about the Cozumel culture and seeing the island. Our favorite was meeting a lady who was making tortillas in a straw house where the owners used to live (yum). Could have done without the haggling in the tourist shops on the coast. Overall, it was an awesome day!

Absolutely amazing tour guide, was our first time in Cozumel and Marco was incredible. The food was great and 100% authentic, tequila tasting was really good experience. Lost in words how great this shore excursion was for us. We will definitely be coming back with Best Buy Tours!

When you first get here you will be greeted with a lot of people who will say they have the best offer. Although I can neither deny or confirm what they say is true, but I know for a fact that Best Buy Tours is were it’s at. My man Marcos takes us around the island and he is well known by everyone so that should tell you he is best around. Even being with him also gets you discounts for drinks and any souvenir you desire. Honestly take it from me he is the best! Enjoy your trip!

We had a great time. I first contacted Marcos via email. He responds to emails quickly and answered all questions I had. When we arrived at the island via cruise ship, I didn't realize there was an hour difference between ships time and local time. Marcos was right there waiting on us exactly where the email said he would be and he had been patiently waiting there for an hour for us. The tour was awesome. We knew a couple of places that we wanted to see, but mostly we wanted someone who is local to take us around and show us stuff. He really knows the island and knows the people all over the place. We had an amazing experience and highly recommend Marcos to anyone wanting to see the island in a way that you won't experience when you just hang out at the cruise port or hop a ride in a taxi to a resort for the day.
