No cumplen con lo contratado. No nos llevaron a hacer todo el recorrido. Nos sentimos estafados. No lo recomiendo
They do not comply with the contract. They did not take us to do the whole tour. We feel cheated. I do not recommend it

The guide Bartolomeo of the Pachanga boat was excessively rude, all the time asking for tips. And he even put a price on it, you had to leave $ 100 to him and $ 100 to the captain. At the end of the ride he demanded a tip from us and yelled at us to pay him

They bring you to the reef where there’s nothing to see. It looks like the reef is dead. We didn’t understand what we paid $45 for. And they want big tips on top of everything.

Like others have said we were very late setting off and this meant we only went to 3 places rather than the 4, the one we missed was el Cielo which was the main thing we wanted to see. The other 2 places we went were average snorkelling at best. The drinks at cielito and on the way back were good but overall not worth 75USD plus tip at all

Minimal english spoken. We told them we are beginners - that didn't matter to them at all. More importantly - we had an issue with a passenger not feeling comfortable in the water and panicking - they offered little help to get them out of the water. Another passenger helped him out. Another pair of passengers signaled they wanted to come out of the water and they were tired - the boat driver made them swim further away to join the group, instead of picking them up. All in all - I felt these were all safety issues. We did not book with this company -- we booked through another company (safe tours cozumel), who apparently contracted out to this group.

They knew my companion did not speak any Spanish. We were also expecting a small boat room with about two dozen people and they squeezed us on at the last minute. It was no English spoken pretty much the entire time. Orientation was given in Spanish! They were no pens and all of the snorkelers in the water we’re told to hang around the leader, which I quickly realized was because he was throwing food to make the fish come. There were no fans giving out so everybody was frantically paddling underwater which of course scared! In the slow manner without a lot of movement so the fish are not scared away! Everybody else seem to just follow like sheep and have no experience with snorkeling but since we couldn’t understand his orientation anyway we were very happy that we had snorkel experience. We got away from the Madding crowd, there were very few fish around but it was still nicer to just snorkel around and floatEnjoying the season it was to be crowded at home group where people are constantly kicking their feet! They were also laid and so he repeatedly said at our first stop, two reefs in one, this counts as two stops! Done at Cielo, sadly enough they were hardly any starfish. The few we saw actually looked dead or dying. Of course none of that is shark adventures fall here running a business was extremely lousy for the price! At least I’ll see a little I got to experience extremely warm water and just float around in the yard and enjoy it. And they brought out a bottle of the draw an amber tequila and pass it around for the trip back, choosing me to be the first to goggle down while it’s being poured in my mouth. The fruit that they serve was delicious but getting a stroke is no excuse from a very poorly run and unexceptional trip.
