The location is ok, walking distance to everywhere but most rooms are internal and have no opening windows. The breakfast taken at another hotel nearby is not worth it, there are many options for much better breakfast at restaurants and cafeterias nearby

Terrible experience. We got robbed! Their housekeeping personnel stole large amount of cash from the suitcase! And management did absolutely nothing to solve the problem. The locker didn’t work from the very beginning and I have a feeling they all are a big hustle. They even apologized only in one week. Manager didn’t know who cleaned the room, how is it even possible? There are no security cameras in the hallway. No windows in the rooms! Filthy pool, filthy towels, no beach towels, no breakfast. Awful! Not 4 star hotel at all Do not recommend Please avoid at all matters

We paid 432 pesos per night, for 14 days. Most of the rooms have no window! Only the rooms located at the corners! When we arrived the safe and the air conditioning was not working. Luckily they changed our room, to a room with a window, because they were not able to repair the safe. Anyway you can not open the windows I the rooms. Very difficult to dry your stuff. Humidity in the rooms. The terrace is very simple. Just some plastic tables and chairs. Sometimes the pool was clean, sometimes it was really dirty. Maybe there is a lack with the filter.

I was a little hesitant on reserving this hotel due to the reviews, but upon arrival it was nothing but a good experience. It's about a 5 minute walk from the ADO tourist bus station and the main strip imo it was a perfect location. And for the breakfast well it's "free" food you can upgrade it for a couple of pesos very affordable also a realxing 2 minute walk in the morning to start your day. Also they have minisplits in their rooms. Staying here was very relaxing make the your own experience out of it mine was great!

The Hotel is modern and rooms are comfortable. The staff is friendly and the location is great. Unfortunately there’s no ventilation in the rooms since they don’t have windows to the exterior. Unfortunately I can’t rate better this property.

On December 21, 2021, my family and I went to Playa del Carmen to rest, as I had just had eye surgery. What happened in that hotel chain left me traumatized and with no desire to return. The night we arrived at the Beach Energy hotel we were told that there was an error with our reservation and sent us to the Maya turquesa hotel. At that hotel, we spent two sleepless nights, as the young people running the reception area tended to socialize until dawn. When I mentioned this to the young woman in charge, she said she would report it, but the next night the same thing happened. I returned to the Energy hotel and explained to the manager and he sent us to the Attraction hotel, where a young girl showed us a room but when we returned with our things she and a man with tattoos told us that it was no longer available. At that point, being extremely tired, frustrated and emotional, I demanded that they take me to any room with two beds. The young girl took us to a room that was being cleaned and as we waited, fearing retaliation, I took a photo of her (an act which I immediately regretted and apologized for later). I asked the young man that was cleaning, if it was possible to leave our things, because we were going to go out and he said yes. Upon entering, the man with tattoos came up and accused us of entering without permission and exploded on me. I tried to explain to him that the young man had allowed us in, but he would not hear it, he only demanded to know why I had “entered without permission and why he had taken a photo of the girl at the reception”. He ended up kicking us out of the hotel (even though we had already paid in cash for six days) and threatened to call the police. Although, in the end, the hotel manager came out and asked us to return, this experience shook me. Despite paying a decent amount for our hotel, my family and I were not only treated with the utmost disrespect, but like criminals.

Great hotel, close from everything and not to noisy at night. Room was clean, towels could be changed everyday since the cleaning personnel comes and do the room anyways. The included ''continental breakfast" was trash tho. Staff was always nice and helpful.

Nothing but the highest praise for the staff of this hotel. One week into my visit to Playa del Carmen I broke my foot off property. The entire staff went out of their way to assist me in any way possible. They brought me food and water, they brought me my medical supplies and medicine. They assisted me in finding a doctor and made my appointments for me and helped me in many other ways. I will forever be grateful to the staff of this hotel as well as the management for encouraging this type of environment. Excellent hotel with excellent people, many many thanks!!
