They treated us rude, excessive prices, they do not fulfill what they promise, also the rude and aggressive staff and they ask you to leave them too high tips, totally arrogant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día jueves 28 de diciembre decidí acudir a la Biblioteca by La Santa. Pedimos una mesa y nos dijeron que podíamos pedir cualquier botella así que pedimos una botella de 7 leguas blanco en honor a la yegua de Don Doroteo Arango, el mesero nos dijo que era mejor pedir un misil de 3 litros de 7 Leguas, porque eramos un grupo grande y nos dijo que si no nos acabábamos la botella el antro nos podría guardar la botella y sacarla para la noche del viernes 29 de diciembre que iba Nervo. Así que accedimos, entonces como era de esperarse no nos acabamos los 3 litros pues eramos 5 así que el mesero fingió escribir una nota para guardarnos la botella pero decidió irse. Una vez que no lo encontramos salimos a buscar al capitán de meseros y le dijimos todo lo sucedido, nos dijo que su mesero no podía prometernos nada y que no sabía porque lo había dicho asi que amablemente le dijimos que trajiera a su gerente pero nos dijo que no se encontraba porque estaba fuera y que no podía ir. Por lo que salió otro capitán y al decirle que tenía que llamarle la atención a los meseros por decir cosas que no podían cumplir se puso violento y empujó a uno de mis amigos y decidimos salirnos de ese lugar. Por lo que decidimos tener que ir a la PROFECO.
On Thursday, December 28, I decided to go to the Library by La Santa. We asked for a table and they said that we could ask for any bottle so we asked for a bottle of 7 white leagues in honor of Don Doroteo Arango's mare, the waiter told us that it was better to order a 3-liter 7-leagues missile, because we were a large group and told us that if we did not finish the bottle the club could save us the bottle and take it out for the night of Friday December 29 that Nervo was going. So we agreed, so as expected we did not finish the 3 liters because we were 5 so the waiter pretended to write a note to save the bottle but decided to leave. Once we did not find him we went to look for the waiters captain and we told him everything that happened, he told us that his waiter could not promise us anything and that he did not know why he had said it so we kindly told him to bring his manager but he told us that he was not there because he was away and could not go. So another captain came out and when he told him that he had to draw the attention of the waiters for saying things that they could not comply, he became violent and pushed one of my friends and we decided to leave that place. So we decided to have to go to PROFECO.
