SON ESTAFADORES‼️ NO LO RECOMIENDO. La mayoría de las veces los candados de finalizacion de viaje, no funcionan y la app comienza a generar costos ABUSIVOS aún teniendo en cuenta que la unidad no siguió en movimiento y que quedó en el punto de entrega. Por ende recibiras cobros incorrectos en tu tarjeta todo el tiempo.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS‼ ️ I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Most of the time, the trip completion locks do not work and the app begins to generate ABUSIVE costs even taking into account that the unit did not continue moving and that it was left at the delivery point. Therefore you will receive incorrect charges on your card all the time.

Attention! anyone who accidentally closes the lock outside the station (just for a minute) pays 150 pesos extra! there is no warning, the credit card is simply charged. this are super unprofessionl and unfriendly. 0 Stars for the guy at customer service.

Good concept but very poor customer service. Their bike malfunctioned and didn't shut down properly and recorded a trip for 3 hours and moved 6 feet. I got charged for this, clearly a problem with the bike and service. They refused to delete the charge and proceeded to tell me it was my fault. Yeah right. Won't be using your service again, and will be telling plenty of others about the rip off artists you are.

I AM WARNING YOU; CUSTOMER SERVICE HAPPEN TO BE IGNORANT ABOUT THE SERVICES THEY GIVE; I DOUBTED A BIT ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICES BEING HORRIBLE SO I JUST GAVE IT A TRY! THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU; THEY ARE NOT DIRECT TO THE SERVICES THEY GIVE YOU. EXAMPLE: I GOT THE 3 DAY DAY PURCHASE PLAN DOES NOT TELL YOU WHEN YOU HAVE TO USE THE BIKE AT THE MOMENT OF PURCHASING; I THOUGHT I COULD USE THE BIKE FOR 3 DAYS AND ONLY USE 1DAY AND SINCE MY DATE EXPIRED I COULD NOT USE IT FOR THE 2 OTHER DAYS I PURCHASED IT FOR???? WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE, WHY WOULD I JUST STUPIDLY SPEND MY MONEY THIS WAY??? YET THEY BLAME YOU FOR DOING IT SO. COOL CONCEPT BUT NOT A COOL COMPANY TO WORK WITH; I ALREADY DISPUTED MY CHARGE WITH MY BANK.
