Loto Tulum - 77760 Tulum

We spent a week at Loto Tulum and loved our experience. Loto Tulum gave us everything we needed during our stay in Tulum. An Oasis near downtown Tulum with a lush landscape, a pool and lounge chairs to enjoy it all. It is a short bike ride to downtown and an even shorter bike ride to great breakfast and pizza spots (Manglar pizza is excellent!). Our room was clean when we arrived and Antonio made sure it was clean every day we came home from exploring Tulum. The kitchenette in the room is perfect for making breakfast and small meals, but there is a great street taco place (also a short bike ride away) to enjoy for either lunch or dinner. Street signs aren't that great in Tulum so keep your eyes out for landmarks. Coming from Cancun, turn left at CoCo and then right when you hit the dead end. Loto Tulum is up a few blocks on the left. I can't forget to mention the free bikes that Gabriella has supplied for the guests at Loto Tulum. Take advantage of the bikes and explore the downtown and surrounding areas. We are planning a return trip to Tulum and would definitely stay again!

The location is in a secluded residential area. Cozy place and feels like you're at home while in Tulum town proper. The kitchenette is nice to make coffee in the morning. Free wifi too. Will definitely stay here again when in Tulum.

I had an excellent time at loto tulum. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. They have nice pool outside with many hammocks and they provide water for free. The locations is nicely secluded and bikes are provided so getting in and out of the town center is very easy. The host is a very nice women who was very accommodating as well.

These apartments are perfect! Only a 15 minute bike ride to the center of Tulum (which is filled with little shops and restaurants) and the host provides the bikes for free, you just have to put down a deposit, but it's really helpful if you don't have a car. The apartments are really clean and spacious! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need! It also has a nice pool and hammocks all around to chill whenever you're not out and about. Incredible place!!!!

I and my girlfriend spent two months in Loto Tulum. We really enjoy the long stay, Enrique and Pedro were very kind and helpful in everything. The venue has a kitchenette, big cosy rooms and it’s located in “La Veleta”, the best suburb in Tulum for us. The wi-fi works well, there’s an outdoor pool and complimentary loaner bikes to go around. Thanks Loto Tulum for your great vibes.

Nice flair and nicely located in a cool neighberhood ... but some practical thing are missing/ need adjustment - if sb. Sleeps in the living room some dark curtains are missing (much light in the yard - parking spot is available but it is outside on the street

Henrique the manager just steals your money No remorse , stay away from this dirty place. Told us he might give it back Kitchen and bathroom dirty No real pool just a dirty lake Everything old Couch in bad shape Allways trying to charge more for no reason Stole our deposit Alot of money Don't trust this people

Henrique the manager stole our deposit Made up excuses to take our money, extra nights, cleaning fees lies. The kitchen is reallly bad for cooking, extremely dirty. Our helmet got stolen there, even tho they managed to get it back. They still stole our deposit. 350 dollars. Keeps changing what he agreed on, allways promisses hes gona talk to the owner to get our money back never did. Its a pitty because Miguel the house keeper is really nice worker and Henrique just stole from us like we stupid. Don't stay here unless you don't have to leave deposit
